Nice building with helpful staff. Good location

Excellent hotel with great rooms, excellent breakfast and lovely staff. All transfers to/from airport worked very well. Everyone was professional, helpful and incredibly nice. I found Quito safe during daytime - I was walking everywhere, including to La Mariscal (a very long hike). However, I know Spanish and do not stand out.

The hotel customer services was excellent. They always were happy to help. The hotel has their own taxis, which made easier for us to travel around Quito without any problems any time we wanted. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of fresh food. We also used the gym and the games room. The location of the hotel was great. I have been in this hotel before and always works really well.
